In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we have taken technical and organisational arrangements for treating your personal data confidential. We expressly point out that the transfer of data on the internet (for example by email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of data from access by third parties cannot be guaranteed. We cannot assume any liability for any damage caused by such security gaps.
2 Scope
We process and store personal data you are sending us online (email, etc.) or offline (by post, etc.). The use of our website is possible without providing personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data we collect.

3.1 contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form, email or via other communication means your data (e.g. name, address, bank details, contact information, application documents) will be used for preparing and providing our response to you, or for contract fulfilment as well as for the necessary technical administration.
3.2 data logging
When visiting our website information about the access (IP address, date, time, page visited) is stored automatically on the server. Such information is collected for statistical evaluation and monitoring. The IP addresses are rewritten by the server before storing in the log file by zeroing out the last block of the IP address in such a way that it is no longer possible to deduce a specific person.
4 Storage period for your data
The stored personal data that you provide to us will be kept by us only as long as needed for the fulfilment of the purpose of the data transfer or as long as required by law.
5 Data transfer
Data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g. banks, involved contract and business partners, auditors, IT service providers, legal representatives, courts when needed, etc.) if this is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations or for a contractual relationship.
Data collected through our web site may be transferred to VA TECH Finance Italia S.r.l. for the purpose as stated at point 3.1.

Our personnel are obliged to keep data confidential according to the General Data Protection Regulation as amended from time to time.

You have the right for information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and revocation related to your personal data for the future. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR or if your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
